Project Rudra is named because, NIR Foundation sees itself at every place, where nature is disturbed and where it reminds human beings, the reason of its existence. RUDRA under NIR Foundation reaches to every individual everywhere, anywhere to any needy after being hit by natural calamities and man made hazards.
This might be by serving them food grains or medical facilities. NIR Rudra is always there for their help for mankind. Together, NIR Rudra is always there to save lives before and after disaster strikes.
We believe in reducing the suffering of people hit with natural calamities by taking proactive approach to disasters and by building the culture of helping the communities underlying vulnerabilities.
